Shady Business Window Tinting sits just off Highway 93 in the Old Creamery Mall in Ronan, and yes, we know exactly what people think the first time they read it on a sign. WHY WE STARTED
Jerry Smith started this shop because Ronan, Polson and the towns around Flathead Lake didn't have a tint shop that treated a home job with the same care as a truck rolling in for autoglass work. He'd already spent over a decade in the window film industry before he ever put his own name on a sign, and that's still the standard here.

Built for the Mission Valley, Not a Franchise Playbook
A lot of window tinting companies you’ll find online are national dealer networks with a page generated for every town in the country, swapping in the local landmark and calling it a day. We work the opposite way.
We’re based in Ronan, and our trucks are on the road through Pablo, St. Ignatius, Polson, Big Fork, Arlee and Plains most weeks. We know that a house on the east shore of Flathead Lake gets a different kind of sun exposure than a place tucked into the trees off the highway, and that changes what film we’d actually recommend.

UV exposure climbs with altitude, and a lot of new residents moving in from lower elevations underestimate how fast it fades hardwood floors, cracks leather furniture and bakes a parked car’s dashboard. That’s the problem we solve, on homes, offices, boats and vehicles, with film that’s actually rated for it.
